When will I receive a key and instructions on getting into the condo?
Approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date, you will receive a keyless entry code and instructions how to use it.
Why is my entry code not unlocking the door?
The entry code does not work before the check-in time (normally 3:00 PM or after).
Can I check-in early?
Not usually, the cleaner needs time to clean the unit. Exceptions can be made, however, there may be an added fee.
What do we need to bring?
Clothes, food, personal items, soap, laundry soap, paper towels, napkins.
Note: You will find the condo clean and well stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils, and a starting supply of toilet paper. There may be some of the following items (soap, laundry soap, paper towels, napkins) in the unit but no guarantee.
Are Linens and towels provided?
Yes, there is a fee for providing and laundering them after you depart. You can bring your own and the fee will be waived. You will need to request this when booking the condo.
Is there ample parking in front of the condo unit?
Yes, first come first serve but plenty of spots available directly in front of the building.
Are there beach chairs in the unit?

Where can I park at the beach and is there a fee?
Throughout the Grand Strand, you will see signs for beach access parking along Ocean Blvd. at each street end. Watch for the "Public Beach Access" signs. Some locations are sandy paths while others offer paved or unpaved parking spots. Some are free to park while others have meters or pay stations. The law specifically designates how many feet apart public parking can be based on development and density. In recent years, parking meters have been added to most of these parking areas. In the city of Myrtle Beach meters are removed on October 30. They are reinstalled on March 1.
Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach Access Parking
Signs are on Ocean Blvd. at each street end. Some locations are pathways only; others offer parking. Myrtle Beach city meters cost from $1. to $1.59 per hour. Surfside Beach | In Surfside Beach, the meters will cost more money. Parking lot meters and pay stations now charge $1.75 instead of $1.50. They have raised their fee to $2.00 to park at Surfside Pier. Parking rules will be strictly enforced from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. More Surfside Beach parking meter information.
North End of Horry County | Beach accesses include both north and south of Ocean Annie's, at Maison Drive, Apache Campground and the Wyndham Myrtle Beach Resort.
South End of Horry County| Locations are Cypress Street at Springmaid Pier, and near the Garden City Pier at Hawes, Woodland, Calhoun, Rainbow, Sea Breeze, Oak, Pine, Magnolia, Yaupon, Azalea and Holly Streets.
Garden City Beach at the Horry – Georgetown County line. There are numerous public beach-access locations off South Waccamaw Drive.
Huntington Beach State Park on U.S. 17, Murrells Inlet . Park has general access to three miles of remote beach. Admission : $5/adult; $3.25/ S.C. Senior; $3/youth age 6-15; Free for children 5 and younger.
Myrtle Beach State Park | This park is 3 miles south of Myrtle Beach, on U.S. 17. Park Admission : $5 adult; $3.25/ S.C. Senior; $3/youth age 6-15; Free for children 5 and younger.
Parking in the City of Myrtle Beach:
The parking meters in the City of Myrtle Beach are in effect from March 1 through October 31 and are enforced from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., seven days a week. The meters accept charge/debit cards.
Pavilion Parking Garage 9th Ave. N. Kings Hwy. Rates change and are seasonal at the Pavilion Parking Garage, so these figures are approximate. $5.-6 all day, $4. – $5. all night. (May be more when special events take place downtown.) Pay stations are located inside the garage and include fees for weekends and nightly parking.
